  5. The information may undergo changes due to the introduction of new regulations, so users are encouraged to periodically check this page.

  6. In no case can individuals under the age of 14 access the services offered by PIEMME.

II – DATA PROCESSING The data management criteria are based on the rules governing privacy matters (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 "Privacy Code" and Regulation (EU) 679/2016 "GDPR").

1 – Data Controller

  1. The data controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, service, or other body that, alone or together with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. It is also responsible for security profiles.

III - NEWSLETTER

  1. The website contains a subscription form for the newsletter, including the "email address" field. By filling in their data and clicking on the subscription button, users will receive a newsletter. Occasionally, there may be references to services and products created by the artist.

  2. The newsletter is managed through the Mailchimp platform (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means St., Suite 404 – 30318 – Atlanta, Georgia), which securely and confidentially stores subscribers' email addresses on its servers.   3. As the data controller, Paola Maccioni commits not to disclose the email addresses and data of subscribed users without their consent for any reason.

  4. Each user can stop receiving the newsletter at any time or update their data by following the instructions provided at the bottom of the messages.

  5. The newsletter will be sent until the user decides to unsubscribe.

  6. At least once a year, Paola Maccioni checks for users who have not opened messages for several months and personally removes them from the list.

  1. The PIEMME website uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive.   7. They are not stored persistently but exclusively for the duration of the browsing session until the browser is closed, and they disappear with its closure. Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers, consisting of random numbers generated by the server necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site.

3 – Third-Party Cookies
