I was born in Sardinia, in 1980 in Cagliari, where I lived my childhood in close contact with nature, surrounded by many animals! Only today do I realize how much this lifestyle, which was solitary at the time, has influenced me positively today.

The animal world has always been a faithful friend, a neighbor that I didn't have, to play with and to give space to my great imagination!

I will never stop being enchanted by nature, by a small hardworking insect  or by the eyes of a dog.
After completing my classical studies, I obtained a further diploma in Dental Technology, which influenced my work experiences for many years.

In 2015 I moved to Veneto, where I currently live with my partner and my closest friend, my Schnauzer Maverick!

In 2019, while the whole world stopped, inside me, on the contrary, a real emotional and thought revolution was born. 
During Covid, I began to reconnect with my various old artistic passions, now dormant due to the work routine and I radically changed my life! 
During the Christmas period, I decided to create some decorations for the tree, but I didn't have any materials available.
I used classic baking trays to reproduce carved stars, reminiscent of the splendid stars used in the very famous and ancient Sartiglia. Since 1478, every Carnival in Oristano, an equestrian race is celebrated where the rider, in a spectacular and choreographic race, tries to hit the stars hanging by a thread with his sword.
My Christmas tree that year was a huge success and, from that day, I did nothing but continue to learn this particular technique, to buy the first aluminum and copper sheets, the first tools and I started making his first paintings.

The embossing process takes place on the back of metal plates, with certain tools, in such a way as to bring out the figures in relief thanks to a support on a yielding surface, which will allow the deformation of the material and the consequent engraving of the design. The details, however, are done on the "straight" side, until a good definition of the image is obtained. Already in the 4th-3rd millennium BC. the Sumerians used this technique to embellish weapons, precious objects, shields and furnishings. This art was taught, from the Renaissance onwards, in the old workshops of the Masters but few now have the knowledge and skills to pass it on. I contacted various Masters, giving priority to the more "elderly", the only true wells of wisdom from which to learn, in this world that instead wants to transform them into burdens, but due to their ailments, I was only able to enjoy the stories of their children who , kindly, wanted to share with me. The "young" Masters, on the other hand, say it themselves: they are jealous of their technique, they prefer to take their secrets to the grave, rather than share them with you, even at the cost of making an art die! Among my various passions including painting, restoration, furniture, the embossed technique was the only one that truly passionated me, in my heart. Having mainly self-taught training, my conception of this art and my approach to it is also completely personal. As time went by, in fact, I made this technique more and more my own, I personalized it, both in the workmanship and in the subjects chosen. Thanks to the reduced thickness of the plates I use, I work the plates with the help of gravers only, round-tipped tools of various sizes. The force exerted must always be calibrated, to avoid unpleasant breakages and, without resorting to the aid of hammers and punches, working with the gravers becomes very tiring and tiring, for the fingers of my hands but also for my arm! Once the process of engraving the design on the metal has been completed, the subjects are shaped through a slow and painstaking cutting process, with special scissors. Through my work, I want to promote this art and, with my imagination, I want to make it more modern, appreciable and usable, even in the most modern contexts, to furnish any environment with a touch of uniqueness, elegance and charm, which only the emboss owns
